To apply to be a member of the Legal Department of the World General
Medical Council holding at least one year experience of practicing
law and political affairs or law as advocate, barrister, solicitor,
legalist, to judge, professor or lecturer of legal and political
science or legal profession is essential.

Introduction
The World General Medical Council was founded inherently for
charitable purposes (non-business Independent International
Organization, Welfare ),the Legal Department was brought into being
in 1995 as it has own independent character, the Legal Department of
W.G.M.C basically consists of 10 specialized departments as follows;
A.
Department of admission;
Which usually refers to admission of individuals as it has been
announced throughout the world in accordance with the entrance
condition of individuals;
B.
Department of Publicists Experts;
In General the duties of this department at first steps are
supplying support policies and international viewpoints, for
example, way and methods of regarding subjects;
C.
Department of Free Legal Services for needy people;
This department has been set up in purposes of to offer free
humanitarian legal aids to the needy people all over the world for
free but in case of necessity to travel the applicants (clients)
must sustain the court costs, traveling expenses accommodations
expenses and relating tax, in considering the venue of jurisdiction
of relevant cases, remembering that usually this department offers
necessary legal advices to the needy people in such cases even
regarding the International Court of Justice (ICJ) or International
Court of Human Rights and the relevant amnesties throughout the
world;
D.
Department of Legal Research;
In general as it has been announced this department will study and
work on comparative law and space law on the principal of free from
national prejudice and dispute of assigned flags on the planets and,
etc.

Department of Publications;
Publication Department will publish the latest news regarding final
developments of the General Principals and Universal Standards of
Legal Department throughout the world; also will welcome the
comments either as essay or correspondences;
F.
Department of Finance (Financiers);
Will supply the fiscal policies and will take care from financial
affairs of the Legal Department;
G.
Department of Inspectors;
Inspectors Department will examine closely and officially will take
care from entrusted duties and functions, also will investigate
entrusted cases to the clients department together with cooperation
of relevant organizations all over the world;
H.
Department of Clients;
Clients Department will take care from referred cases in the best
interest of the clients, referred cases to this department will be
distribute among the members under certain mutual agreement,
equally;
I.
Department of Councils;
This department includes Advocates, Barristers, Solicitors, Judges,
Legal Profession and Professors, Lecturers of Legal and Political
science;
J.
Department of International Relations;
International Relations Department will take care from existing
relations among the members particularly will try to support,
advance and to promote relations concerning the old members and the
new comers either States or
Individuals;

Hereinafter referred as the HOST COUNTRY of the other part, WHEREBY
it is agreed enforceable as follows;
ARTICLE 1
Goals and purposes of the Legal Department of W.G.M.C;
To endeavor by all means and take all necessary steps to ensure
performance of its General Principals and Universal Standards that
has been previously declared throughout the world, to wit;
1. To support and accomplish international laws, international
usages;
2. To encourage and support Universal Declaration on Human Rights;
3. To support and advance Universal Conventions, alongside
cooperating with the extraterritorial organizations as to preserve
PEACE and, SOCIAL JUSTICE , tranquility, happiness, prosperity for
MANKIND on the EARTH;
4. To settle disputes and differences arising of non-performance of
international laws, General Principals, accepted general rules or
non-heeding of territorial laws,
5. To assist to find fair resolutions for complexities of existing
conflicts among the countries; General Resolutions;
6. The issue will be settling through arbitration in accordance with
international laws or International Arbitration;
7. In case of necessity, in careful manner, by competent
International Judiciaries such as I.C.J (The International Court of
Justice), by the time suitable settlement accomplished;
8. To prevent improvement of international crises so as to assure
that these measures are in line with the gravity of necessity, the
necessity must be actual and present without prejudice.
ARTICLE 2
1. In order to avoid the contemporary underline causes and main
roots of difficulties and universal tensions among the International
Community;
2. For this reason as a serviceable alternative The SUPREME LEGAL
COUNCIL of W.G.M.C will successfully and closely observe legitimate
and properly qualified state of going on of international laws and
related regulations as aforementioned in paragraphs 1 to 8 of
Article 1 of this agreement, and for the best humanitarian
achievements and legal aspirations for freedom loving people all
over the world;
3. The SUPREME LEGAL COUNCIL'S advices as due to right, urgent,
necessary, required, requested, questions as a scientific commodity
will be enforceable;
For example;
To control and observe principals and merger regulations of the
multinational corporations under auspicious of The World Trade
Organization (W.T.O), to come within that exclusion the Supreme
Legal Council will issue regulations due to compulsorily development
needed.

Explanation of administrative structure of the Legal Department of
W.G.M.C;
The World General Medical Council is an Independent International

development of General Principals and Universal Standards of the
Legal Department of the World General Medical Council.
ARTICLE 4
1. Generally speaking W.G.M.C shall at all times scrupulously
perform and discharge the functions entrusted to W.G.M.C in the best
interest of the HOST COUNTRY and shall observe and comply with the
various laws, order, rules, regulations and other requirements in
force in the territory of the HOST COUNTRY.
2. By virtue and vital importance of this agreement it is understood
by the HOST COUNTRY to keep liaison in a careful manner with the
authorities together with a view to securing prompt sufficient,
accurate facilities for The Legal Department to be able to perform
assigned General principals as aforementioned;
3. The official authorities of the HOST COUNTRY will help to enable
The Legal Department to perform effectively its functions on a wide
scale of important issues on the stage at the world scene, in fact
it will be outlook of the world’s momentous issues, in addition
with, since this agreement inherently established on the base of
good faith for humanitarian aids in this respect the HOST COUNTRY
further ensure that The Legal Department's name/reputation always
remains protected;
4. Lastly termination of this agreement will be on the base of
mutual consent;
The parties hereto have caused this agreement to be performed in a
manner hereinafter appearing on the day and year hereinbefore first
